    Sign up for free and your JOUR/NÉ account will allow you to do the following:
    - Follow the shipping of your order and view past purchases.
    - Add out of stock items to your wishlist and receive a notification when they are available.
    - Manage your account data, delivery addresses and email correspondences.
    To create an account, simply follow the steps below:
    - Click on the “Account” icon on the top right of the page and then on “Register quickly.”
    - Enter your email address, first name and last name, and choose a password. Make sure to enter your password a second time to confirm.
    - Choose your country and click “Submit” to finish the process.
  • Shipment
    Your order will be shipped one business day after you have placed your order. If we encounter difficulties regarding the availability of an item, we will inform you of the problem as soon as possible..
    Items purchased for pre-order will be shipped later, once they are available at JOUR/NÉ.

    You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

  • Taxes and customs duties
    Purchases made on for all orders shipped outside of the European Union do not include VAT. Customs charges for duties are to be paid to the carrier by the person the package is delivered to upon the delivery of the parcel.
    We work to minimize the possible procedural delay by customs on all orders placed abroad by providing all necessary information to the customs authorities.
  • Returns and echanges
    All items can be returned. Returned products must be intact, in perfect condition for resale, and in their original packaging.
    The item returned should not have been worn or used, not should it have any damage.
    It should be perfectly clean, just as it was when purchased.
    Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
    If made a mistake with your order, return costs will be paid for.

  • Reimbursement
    Once we have accepted the return, you will receive the refund by the same payment method used for the purchase.
    If you want to keep the refund for a future purchase, a credit will be issued to you at the store.
    Please note that no refunds can be made at the store.
    If the returned item is in perfect condition with tags still on the product, we will accept the return and you will receive a confirmation email that will confirm the refund amount. The refund will then be paid into your account within a few days.
    We remind you that refunds to credit cards depend on the bank you use and can take up to 7 days.
